「Beautiful villa and wonderful staff. You do need a car to get anywhere. WIFI only works for the phone not a laptop. Breakfast is a croissant and a cup of coffee.」

「Stayed for 2 nights. Rooms are clean and spacious. Parking lot is small but closed inside gated place. Excellent communication with very friendly staff. Easy check in/out. Place is part of/next to archaeological site & walking distance to theater. Took taxi (called by staff) to Ortigia (4 adults less than 20 Euros). Worth the visit! 」

「The place was in the middle of old town. Very close to the "beach"(2 min). Silent at night (heard only nabours who checked-in later in the evening). Some rules for driving in to Ortigia, check busses from there to the train/busstation. Walking distances from hotel to the station is 25 min.」

「Really cool modern hotel with robot butlers. Fun idea but a little scary! Another good idea was their honesty bars, saves on paying staff I assume! The spa was brilliant, well priced for all day access. The food was really tasty for breakfast and it’s on until 11am. Perfect tor lazy chilled days, they left rose petals on our bed as it was our honeymoon which was a lovely touch. It was a 35 minute walk from the centre of Syracuse and taxis are squirt expensive, there is a bus but we didn’t bother...

「 The hotel staffer is nice, very helpful and we can communicate with each other in English. The hotel is close to train station and town centre but it takes a little time to locate it. The hotel sign board is quite small and not so easy to identify. There is an Asian restaurant next to the hotel which I enjoy having food there. The hotel is located on the 2nd floor of the building and there is no elevator. I appreciate and thank that the hotel staffer gives me a helping hand to deliver luggage...

「The property is clean and quiet . Ideal for a retreat . Staff in the reception is outstanding. They were there for every little thing you can ask about and were always happy to help out. Dinner at the restaurant is great too ! 」
