「Bed was clean, check in staff were very friendly. Decor was very fresh and modern. Downside- Room smelled like musty gym socks and the shower/toilet were covered in mold/mildew stains. The were hairs from previous occupants left in the sink. I expected a little better for the cost of the stay.」

This room was musty but running the air conditioner helped. Not the most comfortable place to stay.」

「I booked a king suite to accommodate my family and was given a regular king room. When I questioned the staff they said the suites are first come first serve. When I make a reservation I expect to receive that reservation. Our room only had 2 towels and when I asked the desk for more they informed me “that since no one laid any outside of their room that night they didn’t have any clean”. I would think a hotel could at least accommodate towels.」
