「Das Hotelpersonal war sehr freundlich. Fußläufig findet man den Wannsee und auch eine SBahn Station mit direkter Linie in die Innenstadt. Das Frühstück war einfach aber gut. Trotz direkter Nähe zur Autobahn konnten wir selbst bei offenem Fenster sehr gut schlafen. Vielleicht wäre in der Dusche ein Abflusssieb sinnvoll? Mein Sohn hat vor dem Duschen erst einmal die vielen Haare der vorherigen Gäste entfernt, denn sonst floss kein Wasser ab. Alles in allem ein sehr gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis」

「Der Kaffeevollautomat war nur eingeschränkt nutzbar, dies wurde nicht ausgewiesen. Jeder Gast der einen Cappuccino wollte hatte sich gewundert das die Milch nicht aufgeschäumt wurde. Dies hätte vom Personal besser kommuniziert werden können. 」

「It is not a hotel. It is like an apartment. I had to stay there because I could not cancel it 6 days before my arrival. Their policy about cancellation 7 days before the arrival or you get 90 percent charged was unbelieveable. It is 20 mins far from the closest S-Bahn station. It takes about one hour for you to get to the main train station. The breakfast, their coffee, the room where the breakfast was served… nothing was Ok!」

「This location is perfect just one block from palaces and gardens. The property is beautiful kept is on a street with historic charm, its safe and easily accessible. The staff really tops, very friendly and accommodating and the room and breakfast are both a great value. I couldn't have been more happy with my stay and highly recommend.」

「The check-in and check-out staff were all incredibly kind and welcoming, and the complimentary minibar provided by the hotel was such a delightful surprise. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the location was excellent it was especially convenient for visiting Sanssouci Park. If I come back to Potsdam, I would definitely stay here again. The breakfast was also wonderful, with a variety of homemade jams, fresh bread, and delicious food.」
