「I had a terrible time trying to book my train ticket to Prague, because the Regiojet website was not working. The young woman on the front desk--I wish I had gotten her name--absolutely bent over backwards to help me, and in fact I was able to book the ticket with her help. 」

「The room was clean, but they could clean the limescale from the shower glass. Slippers, a bathrobe, and a safe were available. The breakfast was good, but the selection was average and most things disappeared quickly and were not replenished. What we missed were bedside tables.」

「Great resort for kids. Indoor pool was fun and lots of outdoor and indoor entertainment. We had lots of fun! Clean and good service. Wish check out was not 10am but a bit later but other than that i definitely recommend the hotel! 」
