Great room in a good location

This was a wonderful, comfortable hotel room with great service and a nice view. One very small complaint: the opaque curtains did not cover the whole window, so the room could not be made dark during daylight. Otherwise everything was great.

Overall great but let down by cleanliness

Good location, central but quiet. Nice big modern room. Friendly service and great breakfast. Stay was let down by the room not being clean. The bed was thankfully clean but bathroom was manky, filth on the walls and doors, the fridge stunk, we couldn’t have a drink as the glasses were disgusting.

Ok but nothing special

Decent hotel but Eastern/Northern Euro standard two twin mattressese and two comforter setup. Lightswitch near bed permanently lit and detection light near bathroom so all who are light sensitive should abstain or bring a mask. Decent breakfast. For the most expensive hotel with a spa in Olomouc I expected better but did not try the spa. Extremely limited workout room.

Not as wonderful as we remembered

We did not realize we were given a handicapped room due to the price we had paid. Had we known that we definitely would’ve wanted to add a break. There was no trough space, and the shower water splashed all over the floor because there were no shower doors. It was very dangerous to walk after a shower. Also, in order to use the washroom, the hallway light always went on, he went in the middle of the night, the light went on into the bedroom. Most of the staff was very nice, one of the women behind the desk gave us much incorrect information and was not helpful. We almost missed the tram at the train station because of the incorrect information she gave us . The breakfast buffet was very good, however. The air conditioning, adequate, but not understanding.
