「One of the worst experiences I’ve had at a property. My reservation was for 3 people and another person ended up coming so we had to purchase another room which was not a problem.The woman checking us in told us that she would give us a discount if we paid her directly instead of booking through expedia. 「The room itself was nice. It was clean and updated. The hotel had a nice terrace. Unfortunately the hotel had a pretty frequent sewage smell that built during the night. The fume/sewage gas smell was strong if the windows were closed at all. The housekeeping women were very nice and helpful. The manager was nice, but didn’t give much help. He was unable to give directions/options for dining in the area. I would pick a different area of Italy to visit.」
