「地點不錯，很近地鐵站。可是新給的毛巾有點髒、地上也有不屬於我們的頭髮。住了超過五晚的The Level，頭幾天都有一瓶新的水，最後一晚沒有，去問前台，前台說只有第一天才會送水。」

「Excellent in service, facilities, cleaniness and environment. Very big gym with barbell and plenty of cardio machines. Room is not soundproof. I could hear snoring from next door in the middle of the night. Just 15 min drive to airport. A bit far away from city centre, though there are bus stops and taxi station nearby. Overall nice experience!」

「浴巾角落有明顯的大片血漬。 櫃子內的層板和洗手檯台面也有灰塵，感覺像很久沒有人入住。 訂房時預定吸菸房，住宿給了禁菸房。 無提供熱水瓶，需付費租借且要等30分鐘以上。 另租借餐具遲遲未送，至櫃檯或餐廳拿取較快。 房門上已掛請勿打擾吊牌，但未到退房時間房務卻敲門催促退房。建議若需聯繫房客可先播館內電話，以避免遇到依珊不整的尷尬情況。 」
