「Premium lagoon suite amazing! VIP service was disappointing though, no cafe food service for suites, wine and fruit didn’t arrive until I asked, pool towels not provided last day. Nice hotel overall with good food options, highly recommend lagoon suites. Pools cold but expected due to time of year. Good waterpark.」
