"Central location, great variety of quality food, fantastic views from the rooms, super attentive staff - best experience ever! If I have to mention the cons, lift was too slow at times and its digital panels were faded - too hard to see which lift is coming. I also did not particularly like the fact that beach gate opens at 8am - too inconvenient for early birds who want to walk the promenade. We had to go around through the main entrance and smell the bins sitting on the side of the hotel :(
But overall was a truly fantastic holiday !"

Their doctor's office isn't helpful; you have to pay for any service, as it's not included. The nurse refused to even check my son's ears for a possible infection. She was completely useless and couldn't perform basic tasks. Seeing a nurse is free, but the nurse acts more like a receptionist. If you need basic care, like checking a throat or ears, she has to call the doctor, who charges $100 for the visit.
