Our room was freezing cold for a long time. Shower curtain could be a little longer to keep water from going out into the bathroom.

Nice but noisy
Overall, it was a good experience. We discovered that we had just about the only room left due to a wrestling competition in town. So we were grateful to get a room. The only room left was a handicapped room which was okay, but it was right next to the lobby. We heard people laughing and talking loudly well into the night. They need a curfew so people can sleep.

The hotel was very clean. I was comfortable alone when it ended up being just me. Breakfast had some decent options and it was clean. Staff were all friendly.

Nice property
Great stay. Property located near restaurants & gas. Convenient to highway. Staff very nice& helpful. Good hot breakfast. Accommodating staff, quiet room with fridge& tv. Only issue, deadlock didnt work.

Never again
On arrival dirty wash clothes, old toiletries, dirty shower/bathroom floors. Room carpet dusty/dirty. Internet TV not working. Room phone and front desk phone not working. Large 6" dark brown liquid dried onto heating/cooling unit coming from the window casing. Icemakers broken on 2nd and 3rd floors. Only one employee in the building. I had to go back down to get him since the phones didn't work. He couldn't do anything except offer a different room. We examined it but it too had old toiletries in the bathroom with even dirtier floors. The dried liquid was cleaned up in our original room but that was all that could be done. The next day the cooling unit wouldn't work and the evening person had to come and fix it. I had important business to conduct and in the "business center" I discovered the printer kept jamming and when we fixed that it didn't have nearly enough ink to print out a document. The evening person said the ink cartridge was in the manager's office which was locked. The next day when the manager was trying to help me she had no ink cartridge and had to order it. Eventually completed my essential business task through sending my confidential documents to and from her computer and scanning and resending. It took way to long, spread out over 2 separate blocks of time, to get it finished. At the same time the TV channel controller quit working and had to be exchanged, also didn't work right. Then the one elevator had trouble and sign posted said use at your own risk

We stayed at the property for 5 nights and our rooms were not cleaned at all for the entire stay, even though we requested it twice during our stay.

Checked me into a room that was actually occupied when I got to the room. Room was prepaid but my credit card was run to pay for the room for a second time.

The room was so quiet and we rested well. Special shout-out to the young man at the front desk who made fresh hot coffee for me at 5 in the morning. He was so kind and helpful.

The staff was really friendly and helpful. The hotel though is understaffed and the carpet in the hallways is stained. The room doors are very loud and you can hear everyone opening and closing their doors from your room.

Location is good. Facilities are in poor shape. Buckets in front area for leaks. Broken TV in room. Staff couldn't figure out how to fix it. Staff untrained and not helpful. Had to ask for supervisor who also not helpful. Said Expedia had to call for credit. On phone with expedia now and Hotel STILL doesn't know what to do even though there are notes in my reservation file. Didn't realize they were only a 2 star hotel. That seems generous.
