「A very good place given the distance to Masjid Nabawi. Will recommend this place for sure.」

「Staff members are excellent and very accommodating. They do go above and beyond. We had great experience.」

「This is a most wonderful comfortable hotel located so close to the Mesjid-e-Nabavi. I have been staying at this same hotel each time I come to the Holy City of Medina Munawara. The staff is the best of any hotel I have ever stayed at. Professional, courteous and most helpful. Recommended!」

「When we arrived, we were initially not given the same room that was shown on the Expedia website, so we had to wait while contacting Expedia to clarify the issue. After speaking with Expedia, the hotel management handled the situation very professionally. The manager personally contacted us and assured us that we would be given a room matching the photos shown online. They were very respectful and helpful in resolving the issue, and we appreciated their efforts.」
