"Front desk is non-existent. Only saw the front desk lady on Saturday (considering we stayed in the hotel for 5 days). It's hard to communicate (no one answers the phone nor call back) if you need something or have a problem with your stay. Towels are old and needs to be retired (lot of holes). There's a small (8.5" x 11") sign in the front desk counter directing customer to call 2 other hotels if you need assistance. Elevator (lift) ride is scary. Other than these challenges, the hotel is okay."
