「My girlfriend and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were the kindest, most welcoming, and helpful that I’ve had at any hotel (and I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels). Saulo checked us in and a lovely person (I forget his name but he was a trainee) helped bring our bags to our room, offered us wine and pastries upon check in, planned our day for us while most things were closed on Christmas, and went well out of their way to make sure we had the best experience possible. 「職員非常專業＆友善。有問題反應後能得到及時迅速處理，在整個歐洲來說都是非常快和有效的處理，有驚喜。連住幾晚，房內的那1支免費飲用水用了之後，雖不是每天但幾乎有補。第一天入住出門後回房，意外收到酒店安排贈送的葡撻和vip信，意外驚喜！好吃，很喜歡。2個女生，房間內可以正面看到晚上的燈光表演，非常喜歡＆滿足，在房間內看了幾晚，拍了影片和照片分享給親友，大家都很喜歡。房間使用的沐浴和洗頭水等都是葡國本地算是有名的牌子，剛好可以試用，很滿意。大力推薦給所有人。位置也方便，地鐵2個出口在一前一後，走路不遠。」

「Staff are friendly and the two male staff are extremely helpful. They were informative and told us where to visit and suggested us some good resturants. There was some problem with my coffee machine in my room and the staff was proactive to solve the problem .」

「酒店是新開業，很小的酒店，房間也好小，地點是中心區不過離地鐵站不算近，酒店周圍－般。如果不介意走路，二十分鐘走到自由大道。房間一般，清潔不夠好，桌子、床頭都有灰塵。床和枕頭很舒服。價格和酒店的對比，以後不再考慮入住。」
