All roads closed to reach the hotel, no shampoo in the room , no menu for dining in the room , I was expecting 6 people to sleep without using the living room , so two people did not have a closet or privacy , carpet in the living room is dirty , no parking no valet , noisy , and hard to reach by car

Nice clean hotel room. The only bad part is that I was expecting it to be very close to kabba but it is more like 15 min away. Getting back from kabba to your hotel is even harder because the walk is uphill. I would rather get a hotel far away so I can take taxi to it.

Friendly staff, and clean rooms. The overall conditions of the facility are quite good. The breakfast is good (actually significantly improved from prior stays). The only negative part is the construction in the vicinity which is probably affecting all hotels and not just this Sheraton.

Fair stay

The stay was very good. It’s just the AC didn’t work properly. We tried to reach out to the concierge and they told us to wait for couple of hours. Sure enough the AC wasn’t properly and we had to switch to another room on 2am in the morning. The sink on our first room also clogged. So many stains on the couch, we found a roach in the room as well. The second room was great, the AC worked perfect and the sink wasn’t clogging. Breakfast also great. There’s a wide selection. I just wish they took the first complaint seriously and solved it sooner, we wouldn’t have to move super early in the morning
