"Cleaning was not the best in our room and the bed was poorly made. Very nice lady at the desk cleaned more thoroughly while we were gone because the cleaning staff was gone for the night. I remade the bed myself."

"First time here. Great value with room rate, water park and food/drink prices. Breakfast bar needed restocking sooner and tables cleaned after use, or a container of table wipes for use. Room was nice and clean but the mattresses are very soft and saggy. Smells nice everywhere. Water park slides and river could use a little more supervision. Head server (blonde, young lady) is exceptional with guests and training other servers, people at hostess stand in Sliders are great with guests in all the chaos. "

"If you want a clean room, do NOT book this hotel. We switched rooms 2 different times and both of them looked like the bathroom had never been cleaned. Toilets both had feces all over in them, dried urine around the bottom of the toilet, the tubs had dirt and grime literally all over them, fried chicken crumbs on the chair… I’ve literally never seen a hotel this dirty. One room like this could have been a mistake and excusable, but 2 separate rooms on different floors that look like this is absolutely unacceptable. "
