「I really wanted to give this hotel an excellent. The rooms were huge. The hotel is less than a year old. Beautifully appointed. Lots of staff. Great full breakfast that changed daily. The major downfall is that the room cleaning service dropped off the longer we stayed. We booked the hotel for the four nights, and by the third night, the cleaning staff stopped cleaning the room, only straightening the bed; did not replace towels. 「I really enjoyed my stay. I booked the "business" room and it was perfect for me as a solo traveler. Convenient TV already set up for watching Netflix or YouTube and easy to sign into your own account. The bed was comfortable, my only complaint is that the pillows are like 6 little squares instead of just 2 regular size pillows. Not horrible, just not what I'm used to. Next time I will bring my own pillows. I could also hear the guests walking around in the room above mine (218) at 5am and the...
