「What can I say? We booked the wrong date and neither the hotel nor Expedia would give us a refund or change the booking. Our loss. Somebody else's gain, I guess. :( Actually, I don't know if Expedia would have given us a refund, because I called them and was on hold for one hour and gave up. I think that's their strategy. Just wear the caller down until he gives up.」

「Spend more $$ and stay elsewhere. The beds were equivalent to sleeping on a pc of plywood. I spilled a little water on the floor and when I wiped it up, the rag was filthy. I dont think the floors have ever been washed. Our outside door didnt line up so we couldnt keep it open because bugs were coming in through the gaps. There was mildew in the shower on the ceiling. It was extremely noisy. Could hear every little thing outside. ..this should be rated as a 1 star and thats being generous. I...

「Beautiful resort …was perfect for our group with kids ranging from preschoolers to 10 year olds Grounds were not well maintained, however, the cleanliness on the beach and rooms made up for it The beach was incredible for little kids」

「Food was good and the rooms were pleasant. There is a lot to do on the property. Some areas of the property are tired e.g. the mini golf area needs refreshing. While I was delighted to get a couple of holes in one, the ruts did lead directly to the holes. Walkways should also be redone. Both pools were great.」

「It is a nice piece of property. The room was clean and reasonably well appointed. There is No air conditioning. The pool was not usable when we arrived but was open the next day. Having the cafe close by was a bonus. A nice quiet spot. No practical boat launch.」
