「Homeless man in entrace. Staff didnt care. Front waiting area smells like cigarrettes. Elevator stinks and super dirty. Rooms toilet dont flush. Bathtub dont drain. Shower not warm but not hot. Cleaning lady rude. Sad the place could be so much better with the proper management. Specially as families come here for the pool but the front end smells like cigarrettes. 」

「Pool and slide great for families with young and older kids. Different style of pool with no large area for play. Breakfast was ok, something off about the chunked eggs and sausages one day but the omlettes and sausage patties the next day were way better. Stayed on a thurs & friday so breakfast was very busy sat morning, there were several waffle machines and a whole wheat option which was nice.
