「The house was cute, well appointed and just right for our small group of women. Contrary to the advertisement, the property is not walking distance to any food, and is 6 miles from Biltmore Village (there are some restaurants about 3 miles away). I think it's more than 10 minutes to Downtown Asheville as well. After booking and receiving the actual address, I tried to contact Avantstay and it took several days and several attempts to get a response. Once at the property, the local team was...

「Not fancy, but nice enough. Appliances are old, but work. Parking was our only issue. Not sure where three cars can fit, as the ad says. 4-wheel drive vehicle is a must to get out the main entrance. We only had 2-wheel drive vehicles and had to go out the longer back way every time we left. Road gets plowed after snow, but no salt or dirt added, so still pretty slippery. It was too cold to use any of the outdoor amenities, but it was warm and cozy inside.」
