「Loved the porch and the rocking chairs and places in the yard to sit. And the walkability of the neighborhood.」

「Nice lodge in the mountains, surrounded by birds and trees, but close to downtown Asheville and the Biltmore estate. Owner Randy is a kind, friendly and knowledgeable host with a lovely staff. Very quiet and relaxing, full breakfast included. We’ll be back!」

「We could not recommend highly enough. Willy and Shoney are great hosts. Three-course breakfasts were amazing. Homemade cookies set out as take-aways every day. Free glasses of wine on the porch in the evening. Wonderful live music included on Saturday night. On-point advice about what to do around Asheville. All in a beautiful and historic home. I don't know what they could do to make it better. Just a fantastic place to stay.」

「We have stayed in lots of B&Bs, but this lodge is the most beautiful we have ever seen. It is hard to describe how amazing it is and everything was just perfect. We loved staying here. The manager, Bobbie, was just so wonderful and we enjoyed talking with her, and her recommendations for places to visit were great. We felt at home here, and would very highly recommend staying here. We hope to return! 10 out of 10 all around!! 」

「Gorgeous home away from home, beautifully adorned. Breakfast was as wonderfully presented as it was delicious. We definitely intend to return! Proprietor Diana Thornton was attentive and knowledgeable. She clearly loves owning a B&B and attending to her guests!」
