「I arrived very late and was very pleasantly greeted by the desk clerk. I was checked in and when I asked if there was a bathtub, she had me check the room. I really need to soak these old broken bones so that I could sleep. She immediately offered me another room and told me if it wasn't satisfactory to just let her know. It was well after midnight and I hadn't eaten since noon at the layover and she had no problem allowing me access to the snack area so that I could get something to eat and...
