Dont stay here

Terrible place to stay, they gave us a dirty room at first. Then moved us after we said something but They never updated anything in the last years, AC's are in poor condition & dont blow good cold air, the rooms are so humid upon entering, the floor is slippery staying the whole time we were there. Blankets stained, & the service was rude, not recommended.

The place is older and a it smells like an old building. The staff was very nice, but it didn't make up for the disappointment of a room. The bed sheets were dirty and they room was just not pleasant.

Owner chexked me in and evennthough i booked and paid through the app he would not allow me to check in without paying. He was surprised i was able to book through the app saying they had suspended him for a week from the site. If i had known the area i would have gone elsewhere. Bed spreads had cigarette burn holes all over them and the smell of cheap cleaner was overpowering. The shower was barely warm no hot water.

Check in was fine. Hotel is newer but very basic! We stayed three nights but they didn't service the room on the second day and we had to ask for it the third day. The second night we had the suite above us making some kind of mechanical noise starting at 2:30am and continuing to 6. Sleep was inpossible. Breakfast was very basic with a waffle being the only hot choice. Not even a toaster.

I stayed at this hotel with my family for a weekend getaway, but it turned out to be a nightmare. The worker at the front desk during the night shift was rude and racist! He made a scene and was calling us liars! He asked for our IDs and threatened to call the cops! He also insulted our backgrounds and took unrelated ID documentation. We felt humiliated and scared. The room was dirty and smelled bad. The bed was uncomfortable and the TV didn’t work. We expected a friendly and professional service from the staff, but instead we felt unwelcome and harassed. The hotel should train their staff on how to treat guests with respect and dignity, regardless of their background or identity. They should also apologize for their behavior and compensate us for our inconvenience. This was the worst hotel experience we ever had. We do not recommend this hotel to anyone.
