"This place shouldn't really be classified as a hotel, it's old and decrepit, the reception when we arrived was inaccessible, we weren't given any information by email on how to access it and the lady who eventually opened the door only spoke French so we interpreted various codes to access the lift, the front door and the room. Very comfortable bed though traditional bolster with huge pillow and bed covers could be replaced. "This is an absolutely stunning and magical place ! We had the impression to really be transported back in time and live in a real castle. And Amélie is lovely, the garden beautiful. Besides the entire village is wonderful and well worth the stop! Come you will not regret it!"
