The lock on the door didn't work, not even staff was able to open it, after trying for 1 hour thay gave us a defferent room. Room was very small, no fridge,

I like the clean the room was and the polite staff.The location also is good since we have several restaurants around there inclusive a market on the same plaza. However, the most I like is the staff provided my wife a wheelchair since unfortunately she had an accident the first day on Mazatlán. I don't like it doesn't have an extra table to put our personal things, missing a microwave and a little freezer.
