Varali Grand Hotel
The temperature of the bathroom water was too hot. Pool water was hot. The room telephone was not working. I was low rate that i was expected. Too much noise. I heard everything from our neighbors.

Not a bad word to say about The Palms. Looked just like the pictures, was very clean and the staff were great. We got the Superior Ocean view room and got exactly what we were hoping for.
