「The tub in the room didn’t drain and there was hair in it. I stepped on an industrial staple on the ground of my room ,which sent me to urgent care. The hotel was listed as pet friendly but when I arrived I had to pay extra for a pet friendly room for my service dog, after the desk person said I needed to provide documentation for my service dog, which is illegal. There was something all over the walls around the sink. The extra top safety lock didn’t exist - like it was pulled off the door. 」

「The stay at this hotel was the worst experience in a very long time. Room next to ours. Played the tv at a loud volume all night long. Finally called the front desk at 3am. Clerk did not seem to interested in getting involved. Then room above check in at 3:00 a.m.. stomping around for over half an hour. Finally had to go outside and sit in the car. Didn't get any sleep all night long. Never again will book a room at this hotel or franchise. Seems this establishment caters to some long-term...
