"Place looked like an abandoned building , this was not a hotel it is hostel , it says or at least pictured with a private bathroom and it was not , this was a shared bathroom and kitchen with at least another 4 rooms , it was dirty , unsafe , weird people inside and outside the building , a trash container just right in front of the main entrance with people searching in it for sonething a guy was urinating just aside the container , this was a complete fraud , i purchase the cancellation...

"The hotel has a great location (1 block from the train station). Our room had a lovely view, and it was very clean and modern. Bed super comfortable, great shower. The check in procees was fast and easy, and we loved that the hotel has a rooftop with great views and drinks. We did not have breakfast there, but we went to the restaurant one night to have a late pizza with beer at 11 pm. I recommend it 100%"

"The foyer is stunning when you enter, but building is older. Room was clean. The 1st room I was in first night had an extremely loud guest above me, past 12am, not much sound proofing. But Barbara was very kind & helpful when I asked to move to top floor room. She made it happen because a guest check out. Staff were all very helpful."

"If you need a hotel close to the Hbf - main train station- in Vienna, then this is very good choice. I had a very generous large room, it was quiet and was climatized. Breakfast buffet was a typical German style breakfast buffet. Only wish would be to offer the option to request early checkin or late checkout. They were not accommodating such a request at this hotel either. I don’t know why hotels leave this potential revenue opportunity on the table. Cleaning crews can’t clean every room at once anyways. And if you serve a major airport or major train station, then your market is international travelers. But alas, this is an industry problem, not specific to this hotel, but it certainly would have made my stay better on this occasion."

"I had a very pleasant stay at Arte Hotel in Vienna. The hotel has a modern and stylish design, and the overall atmosphere is welcoming and comfortable. The rooms are clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully arranged, making it a great place to relax after a day exploring the city. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to assist, which really added to the experience. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to public transport and nearby attractions, making it ideal for both short and longer stays. The only small drawback is that the room did not include a kettle or a mini fridge, which would have been useful for added convenience. Aside from this, everything else was excellent, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Vienna."

"Reception staff extremely helpful and welcoming. Hotel has everything you need and was very spacious in the room. Gym and sauna was a lovely suprise . Both empty during my stay. Gym could do with water facilities. Fast food restaurants (all of your favourite brands) and supermarkets within 6 minutes walking distance. Shower was the only downside as it was crazy awkward to get in as a fit person. I would say to consider the journey to the airport as there are a few options which are either expensive ([40+ euros ]one way ) or affordable and awkward ([15 euros ]taxi to Meidling station and the OBB Train the airport)."
