「The staff was very responsive in replying to my inquiries about tours and excursions. I managed to reserve the last remaining room available and so was able to visit the ruins of Tikal early in the morning before the crowds arrived. 」

「The staff at this resort go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. It's the small things like remembering your name, if you take your coffee with cream or if you prefer a a certain sauce with every meal. If you need anything to your room someone answers promptly and takes it quickly. Everyone is so kind and the resort is simply amazing. Highly recommend to stay here. Elmer, Alex and Edwin the driver are great! 」
