"Room was quality of a Motel 6. I had fingernail clippings from someone else in the bathroom (several). It was outdated, smelly, the pool overlooked the cruise boats, our rooms overlooked a parking lot with wires hanging all over the place. Then we had to pay an xtra $52 a night for parking and amenities. Why this is rated a 8.8 on Expedia?"

"Truly a peaceful place to stay. Met some lovely travelers and the family who runs the b&b is so kind. Kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals and rooms are simple, but nice. The outdoor shower and hot tub were a bonus. Highly recommend. "

"Parking was available at all times. Good restaurant on site with very reasonable prices for Maui. If you are looking for a resort with top of the line room service and amenities, this is probably not the place for you. I went to Maui to see Maui, not stay in a hotel room the whole time. We were there only about nine hours every night, just enough time to catch a shower and a good nights sleep. If you are this type of person, than this place is affordable, safe, and clean without breaking your wallet. I would definitely stay here again."

"Great price, close to airport, has a hot tub. The property management was awsome. The main bed was comfortable, but the pull out couch was NOT comfortable at all. So it's great for two adults, but not ideal for 4 adults. "

"Paid close to 1k for the week. Then come check in, surprise! Pay another $400 for parking and amenities. What do i say? NO? I'm on an island i dont have a choice."

"The location was easy to find. It was nice to open the patio door and walk out onto the grass and then the sand. Unfortunately, people walking by can easily look into the living room. That was really the only downside. The view of the sunsets are amazing. One rainy day, I looked out and saw whales spy hopping. We never had a problem parking. Shopping and restaurants are close by."

"Good things-clean and well maintained. Located across the road from one of the longest beaches on the island. Lanai’s in the main building have great water views. Bad things-they have cable TV which has 300 channels of everything to never wanted to watch. No sports & very limited news. I was unable to download any streaming services. Their idea of AC is two large ceiling fans. They also have a permanent resident who is unique. Their no dogs allowed, yet she has two. When kids get noisy at the pool she sends out the big dog to the lanai to bark at the kids. She plays a piano every day. She is very confrontational and use a bullhorn to argue with guest in the pool area. It is a pleasant place to stay, but be aware!"
