"Excellent"

"This site was nothing like the description, photos, or previous reviews. When we first arrived, there was not one other person there and there was a sign at the counter for us to call a number to be able to check in because no one was at the desk. Once someone finally showed, they were very nice but a bit short. We couldn't get into our room, so after walking from one end of the hotel to another we were handed the same key that STILL didn't work. The front desk person finally came out and let us into the room next to our original room and brought us a key about 20 minutes later. The room that we were in was the same size as we booked but was disgusting. There was still trash along the edges of the bathroom and in the fridge. There was mold on the ceiling (which we noticed the morning after our stay) only because we were so tired after being out most of the day. We were told that breakfast was served 6am - 9am and we went all the way down to the breakfast area at 7:30am and again at 8am and there was no food besides the cereal dispensers that we had seen the day before at check-in. None of the lights were on in the dining area or even above the food area and once again there was no one at the front desk to help us and there wasn't even a sign instructing us to call a number. We were told at check-in to just leave our keys in our room instead of brining them to the counter, which I thought was weird but I believe it's because no one was there."

"The room was ok. It had a weird smell. I stayed because I was there for one night if I was there longer would've went somewhere else."

"The management was very rude and started beating in my door demanding my credit card said she will charge me 150 for smoking and I did not smoke in the room literally slept the entire time. Will not stay there again. "

"To start, the TV would not go past the welcome screen so that interrupted us watching March madness like we planned. (I asked the front desk and they just suggested to unplug and replug the tv—didn’t work. No other option/offer for helping) Smoke alarm was hanging down by wires. Shower knob was opposite of temps (cold was hot, vice versa). Plugs near bed were so old and loose chargers wouldn’t stay plugged in. Ceiling must have been very thin, we were on 1st floor and heard upstairs A LOT loudly. Room was clean, just needed major updating. But overall not a very good experience. Next time we will stick with the major chains if available (we were in town for a sports tournament in Elizabethtown but everywhere there was booked up or $300 for a chain)."

"I stripped the bed to check for bed bugs and there was blood stains all over the mattress looked like someone was killed . The TV didn't work so I couldn't use it . I didn't sleep because I was terrified to sleep on the mattress."
