Séjour de 2 nuits le 11 et 12 Arrivé , réception par un serveur du restaurant et pas de clef de la chambre HORTENSIA Après une relative attente enfin une clef mais je devais retirer mes affaires le lendemain matin car j'allais changer de chambre la nuit suivante pour la LILAS. Mais le 12 au soir, cela avait changé.. donc encore attente pour recevoir une clef et finalement,on m'a redonné la même chambre. Petit déjeuner pas servi avant 8H donc le restaurant me le préparait la veille simplement pour en disposer à 7H du fait de mes impératifs de planning sportif. Restaurant, personnel affable et compétent et menu varié et excellent

Très Décevant

Un dimanche soir pas comme les autres: A l’arrivée à 19h ils m’indiquent que la cuisine du restaurant est fermée le dimanche et me propose une assiette crudités... au moment de faire le check-out je vais découvrir qu’elle est facturée 20€ Mais le pire, je suis sorti courir et lorsque que je suis revenu à 20h, réception fermé. Mes clefs enfermées dans leur bureau, et personne ne répondait au numéro d’urgence, d’ailleurs aucun affichage n’indique ou appeler en cas d’absence ( 3 clients Anglais sont repartis car pas de réception ouverte ou numéro) J’ai du forcer le volet roulant, escalader le comptoir pour m’introduire dans le bureau afin de récupérer mes clefs. Dans la salle de bais des poils d’un précédent occupant. Le matin au Pdj, j’ai du à nouveau aller dans leur bureau car personne n’était là, afin de récupérer une rallonge qui m’étais nécessaire pour brancher leur presse-agrume.

Grande déception à l'arrivée puisque la chambre réservée par l'intermédiaire du site était vétuste et très loin des visuels modernes et soignés présentés sur le site Internet. Le réseau internet est faible voir inexistant… Pas idéal pour un séjour professionnel. Seul point positif, la disponibilité de la personne de l'accueil qui se démène pour trouver des solutions. Au final, séjour très cher pour le niveau de prestation proposé.

Hotel au milieu d'une nature luxuriante, très calme. Le château est d'époque et manque un peu de lumière. L'accueil était chaleureux et la table fantastique et de qualité!

Wonderful meal in a good hotel.

Lovely hotel and grounds. Room was quite small but ok. Had an absolutely wonderful meal in the restaurant. Not sure what we ate as our French was limited and the staff had little English but everything was delicious. Staff very helpful

Un havre de paix

Au vu de la qualité de la chambre, nous aurions volontiers mis 6/5... mais nous avons été déçus par la lenteur du service en restauration qui a un peu gâché la réception des membres de notre famille qui nous avaient rejoints. Nous espérons qu'il s'agissait d'un problème passager (que nous pardonnons volontiers) et non d'un problème récurrent.
