"Poor location -- far from restaurants or grocery. The parking lot was dirty (cigarette butts, broken asphalt, weeds untrimmed). Stair rubber treads are broken (a customer easy to trip and fall). Shower floor was dirty. The room had stain couch fabric, a lamp broken, and the TV reception was poor. ..."
