Nice business themed hotel at a very nice location

The hotel staffs were very welcoming during my check in, despite on a last minute reservation (booked around 6pm, check in the hotel around 10pm on the same day). We stayed in 2 twin rooms for a party of 6 (2 adults, 2 youths, and 2 children aged 6 and 3).

Stayed in a non- smoking room. It seems the room may have previously allowed smoking as there was a residual smell. Extremely friendly staff and great breakfast. Right next to the station.

Nice in Matsumoto

Great location right across from the train station. Room was quiet. Loved having a grocery store. There were not a whole lot of restaurants near the hotel, but it was a good place to stay.
