「This company should not be allowed to advertise on Expedia as they overbooked my room even though i booked 3 months prior.. Tried to put me in a budget hotel until i pointed that out. Definitely will never stay or recomend this to anyobr.」

「Started badly as not met at airport. We didn’t seem to be expected on arrival. Given one of the newer lodges. Had to ask for air con to be fixed. Door lock difficult to operate. Had to ask for tea and coffee facilities. Shower freezing cold and flooded room. Had to pay taxi driver for airport drop off when transfers were included. I had stayed at this lodge last year and the annoying issues still remain. I had tried to make contact with the property in advance of the trip regarding booking...
