Novotel Paris Centre Tour Eiffel
The rooms are not clean and carpet is very dirty. Seems like 30 years old. Also, they charged more than Expedia price and the receipt they gave me took it back when I asked why the price is higher than Expedia confirmed price. So in overall the experience was not good.
