Fantastic and relaxed place. Not everyday you are able to lay next to the pool with the most fantastic sea view and a beautiful sunset. Super delicious breakfast. Relative close distance to diving center. Just had to get used to the heavily and intense traffic on the Sorento Peninsula in August, but we were warned.

What a lovely place to relax, in the hills above the Amalfi coast. The rooms are lovely and comfortable, with breathtaking views. The breakfast is really excellent. We loved this place and would return without hesitation.

A Gem in a Small Rural Village

Probably not for the first time visitor to Italy, as it is not convenient to famous landmarks. However, it is a GEM if you want to immerse yourself in local culture; enjoy hikes/walks through small towns and trails; interested in Italian cooking classes as Lucia is fantastic. Lubra Casa is a recently restored "boutique hotel" in an old (500-600 years old) house. Nice facility, great service by Lucia and her staff, great views of the surrounding town, Bay and Isle of Capri. Just a couple of cautions - it is recommended that you have a car, a small car, to reach Lubra Casa. Otherwise, public transportation can eventually get you there but it's not convenient. I would not recommend Lubra Casa if you have physical limitations. You will need to walk and climb stairs at some point, as the area is extremely hilly. My wife and I loved our stay at Lubra Casa, and may return for Lucia's cooking classes.

La nostra esperienza è stata positiva. La signora Lucia gentile e cordiale ci ha accolto e fatto sentire come fossimo a casa. Ambiente raffinato ed elegante, quello della struttura peccato non aver potuto usufruire della terrazza con l'idromassaggio per aver soggiornato in inverno. Una colazione molto buona e ricca di prodotti e prelibatezze del posto fatte in casa. Ringraziamo ancora la Sig.ra Lucia

Not an easy place to find. Very little parking but a neighbor was kind and moved her car to provide us a space. Difficult to get someone to answer the door. Another neighbor helped us get in. Host was on the phone for at least 30 minutes. We never actually spoke to host and we left the property and drove to Sorrento. May have been a decent property if host had greeted us and helped us check in.

Lo mejor de nuestro viaje por la Costa Amalfitana

Excelente con todas las letras. Las habitaciones, la limpieza, las instalaciones, el lugar y la vista son increíbles. Sin embargo, lo mejor que tiene este lugar es a Lucía. Lucía es la encargada del hotel y es una persona increíble. Gran cocinera, alma generosa, alegre y siempre bien dispuesta a dar mucho más de lo que se espera de ella. Pasamos 5 días inolvidables junto a unos amigos y también alojamos por una noche a dos de nuestros hijos que estaban de paso. Lugar altamente recomendable, no se puede pasar por la Costa Amalfitana sin pasar un par de noches en Lubra Casa Relax!

Amazing Boutique Hotel, Lubra Casa Relax

We stayed at the Lubra Casa Relax for three nights, Lucia made us feel so welcome and her advise and attention to detail about the area was second to none . The hotel is beautiful, the antiques, furnishings and overall experience was everything and more than we could have wished for. Thank you Lucia we hope to visit again.

So wie man sich Italien vorstellt

Ein wunderbares Erlebnis! Das Hotel liegt etwas abgelegen in einem kleinen Dorf. Nach einem turbulenten Tag an der Amalfi-Küste war Lubra Casa Relax genau die richtige Abwechslung! Die Aussicht ist fantastisch, man blickt direkt auf das Meer. Das Beste jedoch war die Gastfreundlichkeit! Lucia ist hilfsbereit und warmherzig. Die Pizza die sie zubereitet ist die beste die wir bisher gegessen haben. Lucias Team ist ebenfalls toll. Unser Zimmer wurde innerhalb weniger Minuten auf Hochglanz gebracht. Das Frühstück ist super! Es gibt sogar Wurst und Käse. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

It was clean and all the staff were wonderful!

This place however was half an hour by bus from Sorrento.. that only came to this area 2 x a day... At 0700 and 1400, then you had to board the bus in town at 1730 to come back....Which led to very little sightseeing,?i would call the roads treacherous and not made for pedestrians. You definitely need a car for this place!!

Beautiful experience on Amalfi Coast.

We stayed for four nights. Great atmosphere and hospitality in a great relaxed setting, great rooms and facilities. Recommend you eat breakfast and have a dinner there as well. Great place to explore Amalfi Coast from.

Old school hotel in a small village

Set in a tiny village amongst other buildings (hard to find even with a GPS). Felt more like a homestay than a hotel. Friendly owners. Room was clean but very old school and super noisy all day and night (building site nearby and surrounded by neighbours). Breakfast was below average with old toast and rotten peaches, only the sweet croissants were edible. There's nicer places to spend your holiday in this beautiful area.
