"It was close to the national park. I loved the vibe of the small town, rooms were dated but clean. Added to the ambience of the town. The onsen was nice. Parking was easy. Close walk to everything."
"The overall experience of my stay is terrible: there are molds in the bathtub; the toothbrushing cup was used as cigarette trash tray by previous occupant and was not replaced when we move in; the washbasin is jammed; the sewer make noises randomly the whole night; the receptionists and staff barely speaks English.
