「Clean room」

「This is a lovely hotel and the restaurants that we tried were good (especially the Asian one and even the coffee/cheese croissant from the Lobby Lounge). The reception staff were AMAZING!!! So pleasant and helpful. The rooms are quite large and the bathroom has a HUGE soaking tub. The only thing that was a bit annoying is there isn’t an adult pool, so you had ALL the kids in the kid pool and regular pool and the lifeguard was blowing the whistle 1,000 times and OF COURSE the kids were ignoring...

「Great location with friendly staff. This hotel was a lot of fun! The premises are clean and have something for everyone. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. The only complaint is there are a lot of flys that sneak into the rooms and some very friendly cats that like to overstay their welcome at the restaurant and beach. The staff were fast to shoo them away so not a huge deal. The beach was full of shells and Snoopy Island was a quick swim away with flippers/snorkeling masks you could rent....

「Friendly staff, nice rooms, good food choice. Disappointing that there was no option to have rooms an extra hour as hotel full, but rooms still available for the night? Sun loungers quite hard and uncomfortable 」

「At check-in, they kept us waiting 30 minutes to inspect the room, even though we arrived around 8PM! When we got to the room, there was no towel, soap, shampoo, conditioner, and the water hose was ripped! They brought us towels at 11:00 pm, when we were already in bed. Also, the water heater was off, and we ended up realizing we had to turn it on ourselves after having a cold shower!!! The only positive was that the room was clean! 」
