「Charmed by Hotel de Charme! This lovely, lovely family owned hotel has to be one on the most beautiful we have ever stayed in. On arrival, we were greeted with warmth and given room to store our bicycles in the lobby! Too kind. 「Le mas est très beau et l’environnement également . La chambre est en grande partie rénovée et le lit très confortable. La personne à l’accueil est très agréable et serviable. Cependant deux points négatifs : - le prix du petit déjeuner à 20€ / personne - le Check in à 17h et Check out à 10h , cela est vraiment trop tôt . Le motif est que l’on a réservé via hôtel.com et pas en direct sinon cela aurait été 16h/11h. Je trouve que c’est une très mauvaise politique commerciale et je ne comprends...

「The room was nice and clean. But we are not allowed to drive into the area near the hotel. We were advised to park the car in a public car park which was about 15 minutes walk from the hotel. And the hotel didn’t provide electric kettle in the room. 」
