「Amazing place, just that the outside doesn't match the inside's look, the hotel staff just need to learn how to allow customers to order without them standing over them for payment, apar from that the room was amazingly cleaner than most 5-star hotels I have been to so far. Hoping to lodge there again soon」

「I booked the apartment for 20 nights but on arrival I was told there is no reservation and I had to look for an alternative. No explanation was given, no solution, the hotel did not offer to accommodate me until they find the paperwork. The hotel never offered any explanation, it is impossible to contact them, nobody answers the phone, the worst experience ever. No customer service whatsoever. Avoid!!!!」

「The room and experience was not worth the price - too small and just basic. No space on table to place laptop. Tacky workmanship in the bathroom area. Broken towel hook. Water in wash hand basin don’t fully drain. Staff didn’t fulfill promise to call back. Waiters are not readily available in the restaurant. Basic kits like dental kit not available.」

「Excellent staff! All the staff that we interacted with were very courteous, responsive and very helpful. The room was clean and tidy - ditto for the common areas. We also enjoyed the variety of food available for the breakfast. The WiFi however needs improvement - we were unable to connect some devices, but instead got the error that simultaneous number of device connections has been reached. Disabling other devices did not fix the issue. Altogether, a very positive experience and we will love...

「How amazing in Nigeria tour for business! We met all of nice guys, especially Feni in GrandBee hotel. The best full services were satisfied to the all guests need. Thus, the greatest services were attractive to us and we wish to stay over there again in near future. Additionally, we drank " Super OX energic drink" mixed with beer or wine, found out good flavor. Hopefully, we wish to bring 1 box back again. Finally, it's my pleasure to share fantastic tour to all!」
