"Our stay at the Green was like a nightmare and very embarrassing for my family visiting from Michigan. First of all I paid for a two bedroom and the landing kept insisting on putting me in a Studio for three people. When we walked in, it was dirty the couch had two holes, the bar stools are old and dirty. We had no bed comforter and two towels for the week. This room was like entering a Motel 6 and I didn’t pay for this. I’ve reserved at The Green before and that’s why my expectations were high. I definitely will not recommend going thru Hello Landing."

"Check in process was great and the lady was very nice. We got in the room and it was very musty and sticky. I realize we live in Texas but it was extremely humid in the room. There was also several sticky spots all over the floor like someone was dripping a drink or something. I’m pretty sure the AC didn’t get below 73 and it was set on 70. Also when we were checking out there was trash all over the parking lot. There were several contract workers leaving when we were and they were just leaving there trash on the ground instead of walking it over to the trash cans. I was also very disappointed that there was NO breakfast items in the lounge. I didn’t expect anything big but maybe some fruit or yogurt would have been nice. It’s a nice brand new hotel but definitely needs some up keep."

"My stay June 4-7 Hotel hallways are humid and hot not good air ventilation. The rooms need better cleaning in the corners and bathroom floors Small fridge is not cold enough food went bad There was a loud banging on the floor late in the night above our room that kept us up . The breakfast was ok . I would not stay here again unfortunately do to a personal issue I had with the hotel and my third party reservation The hotel is not very helpful or considerate"
