「Laura, the reservations manager, was very friendly and hospitable. We were greeted with a welcome drink. Our room was beautiful with a stunning view. The property is spectacular. We loved having dinner at the restaurant—the food and service was incredible. We loved everything about our stay. 」

「This was a stunning castle to stay in. The frescoed ceilings were gorgeous. Loved every minute that we were there. The staff were wonderful. The only thing i would recommend is to add a vending machine and maybe to offer pastries in thr morning. 」

「The Toscana village is great - so relaxing. The long stay owners are very friendly and helpful, as are the staff. The onsite bar/restaurant is good, as is the pool. There is a local town in easy walking distance with many old buildings, nice bars, and places to eat. On Saturdays there is a food market, so you can stock up on salads, fruits, vegetables, meats, and cheeses, etc. We can't wait to go back.」

Det var rent, pænt, dejligt omgivelser, flinke udlejere som var fleksible og kan helt klart anbefales. 」

「We enjoyed our stay at Laqua Vineyard so much that we stayed an extra night. What an absolute joy. From the moment we arrived, we were treated like royalty. 5-star service all around. The suite was large and updated, impeccably clean and comfortable. The staff was attentive and incredibly kind. Breakfast was divine and served directly in our room. 「The reception was extremely helpful with all our queries even before we got to the property and really helped make sure we had a comfortable stay. The apartment came with amazing views and the basic necessities. The pool was a very nice size and kept clean for us to enjoy. We also booked a horse riding lesson which was with a great instructor and I’d highly recommend a ride if you have the time. Thanks for the hospitality! 」

「Wir (Familie mit einem Kind) haben den Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft sehr genossen. Von dort aus haben wir Ausflüge nach Lucca, Pisa und Florenz gemacht. Die Unterkunft war sauber und gut gepflegt. Auch die Küche war ausreichend ausgestattet. Insgesamt ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für die genannten Ausflüge. 」

「My friend and I had a nice stay at OROROSA Lucca City Center Apartment but I am happy we were only 2 of us as 4 or 6 people in there would not have been comfortable. Please also note the apartment was advertised with 2 bathrooms - that is not true - the apartment has got 2 toilets but not 2 bathrooms - there is only one shower. For 2 people it was nice and spacious with a living area, kitchen and toilet downstairs and a double bed, 2 single beds and a bathroom upstairs. The location was perfect...
