「The smaller, children, pool is further away and down many stairs. There are many comfortable seats by the main pool. I wish the main pool had a variation in depth.Breakfast is heavenly. All the staff we encountered were very friendly.」

「Sadly our flights were cancelled due to the UK Air Traffic Control technical issue on Sep 8. All flights were impacted. Our rebooked flight was also cancelled. I contacted Expedia to see if they could contact the hotel and explain our situation. Expedia spoke to Mateo who advised Expedia that he could not cancel the reservation and issue a credit. While I completely understand that this was last minute but it was due to a very unfortunate issue in the UK.」
