「This hotel is perfect to experience the downtown Austin experience in a great location for a great price. The entire staff was outstanding from checkin to checkout. Jonathan at the front desk was extremely helpful and friendly and made me feel very welcome. Kayla at the front desk was also extremely accommodating, kind, and helpful. 「I had a nice stay here for my birthday. Where I needed to be. Dinner nearby (can walk to a few restaurants), a dip in the pool and hot tub and relaxing in the room. Free parking, free wifi. The hot tub is pretty tiny. Don't expect to fit more than a couple people at at time. The refrigerator was barely cool and I think it was at it's coldest. Breakfast available for purchase.」
