Good Value

Excellent value for the money. Great location with easy access to everywhere. Eight minute walk to metro station. 3 stops to Saint-Charles and port area. Great Wifi and hot water..two important things for Americans haha. Nice size clean room with awesome views. Definitely would stay there again.

We had a problem with our fridge when we first got to the hotel; it didn't cool properly and it had what looked like to be black mold at the back of it, though the staff swore it was cooling fluid. They said they would send someone to look at the fridge/change it but nobody came, even after asking more than 3 times. We had to put our food in a Ziploc bag inside the fridge just in case it wasn't actually cooling fluid... The rest of the room was clean though, and the staff was really nice. Just a pity about the fridge.

Mon arrivee avec aucune indication de l'endroit ou se trouvait l'accueuil.j'ai tournee pendant pres d'une heure avant de trouver quelqu'un qui m'aide alors que j'arrivais de pau et bien fatiguee.seuls les garcons de la reception du soir et du matin ont ete tres gentils et serviables.

Très décevant

Notre séjour dans cet établissement a été très décevant. Plusieurs points essentiels n'étaient pas au rendez-vous : pas de savon dans la salle de bain (ni au lavabo ni dans la douche), aucune serviette pour les mains, et la vaisselle mise à disposition était tellement sale que nous n'avons même pas osé l'utiliser. La chambre n'avait pas de climatisation, ce qui a rendu les nuits difficiles, d'autant plus qu'elle donnait directement sur une autoroute très bruyante. À cela s'ajoute une mauvaise surprise : la présence d'insectes sous le matelas, ce qui soulève de sérieux doutes sur l’hygiène. Enfin, la femme de ménage est venue frapper avant 11h, alors que le check-out est pourtant annoncé à 11h30, ce qui n'était pas très agréable. En résumé, nous ne recommandons pas cet hôtel, même pour une nuit de passage.

La personne qui étais à l'accueille le mercredi 9 juillet après midi et l’autre monsieur qui étais a l’accueil le soir ont été très serviable très gentille, j’ai eu 40 min de retard pour quitter la chambre et le personnel a été super sympa très gentille, je recommande cet hôtel sur Marseille , très confortable , rapide efficace rien à dire ! MERCI ET JE REVIENDRAIS CHEZ VOUS SANS AUCUNE HÉSITATION MERCI

un très bon séjour durant ces trois nuits, les personnes sont assez sympathique! La seule chose qui me ferait pas retourner dans cet hôtel, c’est qu’il n’y a pas la clim et en période de canicule, c’est impossible de rester dans la chambre avec cette grosse chaleur! Il fait largement trop chaud dans la chambre ce que je déconseille d’y aller en été. Sinon R.A.S..

La vaisselle dans la chambre était rangée sale. Les lits grincent énormément au moindre mouvement. Malgré cela l'accueil et le petit-déjeuner ont été très agréables. Le parking en sous-terrain est sécurisé.
