「We stayed 7 nights at Tempo Suites and had a very pleasant stay. While the outside of the building is not very attractive, the apartment itself was surprisingly nice — very clean, tidy, and well equipped. 「Issues on day 1 with main floor suite. Numerous serious deficiencies reported same day by text with images and repeated phone calls. Evenetually moved to a quality suite but forced to pay a hefty surcharge. Property management and Expedia were aware from day one. Property management pretended it was all make believe and that there was nothing wrong. Expedia stepped up big-time and credited me the preposterous surcharge imposed by the property.
