「The location is close to the main historical buildings and tourist centres. The breakfast buffet provides diversified kinds of good foods and is worthwhile to pay extra cost for it. Most of the staff are welcoming and helpful. But the staff of cashier are a bit too cool to greet their guests. The dust on the cups in the minibar broke the image of its “blink blink cleanliness “. 「I had tried to cancel this hotel booking 3 weeks ago through hotel.com ! Unfortunately, according to hotels.com CS, the hotel Had no response at all to our request for fully refund due to the Coronavirus case , therefore we couldn’t fly and had to cancel our flight !! Until now , we still waiting for the hotel to response to our refund , even now the date for staying had Already passed and we still had no response from this hotel ! Although I haven’t stay in this hotel but this kind of services...

「The hotel itself is an easy walk to the San Giljan bus stop for the Airport Express and Ross bus stop also, both with great links to Silema, Valletta and northwards to Cirkewwa Ferries. The lobby, dining hall and room was all kept in a great condition and room had a great air conditioning/heating unit. Only drawback I could find was the height of the shower and the confined space of it. For someone thats 6ft or over isnt far off the main showerhead and has to usually resort to using the smaller...
