「Gorgeous hotel, great location. Loved our room terrace overlooking the harbour. Had to complain about the shampoo being refilled with water but this was soon rectified by reception. Staff were all fabulous especially Martha, she always greeted you with a fabulous smile. Enjoyed the rooftop terrace and pool even though the water was freezing! Had a delicious meal at hotel restaurant. Happy hour drinks were enjoyed but we were disappointed that the hotel bar was closed a few days each week. 」

「The location is close to the main historical buildings and tourist centres. The breakfast buffet provides diversified kinds of good foods and is worthwhile to pay extra cost for it. Most of the staff are welcoming and helpful. But the staff of cashier are a bit too cool to greet their guests. The dust on the cups in the minibar broke the image of its “blink blink cleanliness “. It’s good to live there for one day and try the breakfast buffet. But it is not suggested to live there for more...
