「Hotel was nice, very accurate with the photos provided for the room. I had a good time during my stay, a bit of trouble checking in, didn’t received the code to the door at noon and when I got to the hotel they told me check in was a 5pm when in Expedia it says at 3pm, I had asked beforehand to do an early check in and they helped me out with that, the room was clean and again, I had a good time during my stay.」

「The location is close to the main historical buildings and tourist centres. The breakfast buffet provides diversified kinds of good foods and is worthwhile to pay extra cost for it. Most of the staff are welcoming and helpful. But the staff of cashier are a bit too cool to greet their guests. The dust on the cups in the minibar broke the image of its “blink blink cleanliness “. 「The staff were helpful on whatsapp when required, air condition was easy to adjust and worked brilliantly whilst the water dispenser was a great addition to refill water bottles. Overall had a very pleasant stay and would recommend to others.」

「Found this hotel in YouTube. Well, everything is good like transportation, food outlets etc. We stayed in Room 502, the air conditioned is quite noisy and towels quality seems old, shampoo and lotion dispenser are not working on the first day. We informed housekeeper and finally fixed it. Overall, Malta is a good place to go and this hotel is a good location but need to be upkeep at all times. 」
