El Riad Palais Blanc es un oasis en medio de la Medina. Un lugar precioso, con una piscina grande (no como en la mayoría de los Riads). Al lado del zoco, y accesible a pie a casi todos los lugares turísticos. Tambien accesible en coche, perfecto para personas con movilidad reducida. Las habitaciones son limpias, grandes y silenciosas. Lo unico malo es el SPA, las instalaciones son preciosas pero no tienen servicio a la altura. Los tratamientos fueron muy malos, las chicas no sabían lo que hacían, pagamos por 40 minutos y apenas estuvieron 15 con nosotros. Y además fue muy caro incluso para pecios de Europa. Habiendo tantos sitios increíbles en Marrakech para hacer Hamman y masajes, no vale la pena hacerlo en el hotel.

Nous avons passé un weekend au Riad Palais Blanc entre amies pour mes 40 ans. Leur reactivité avant notre arrivée était parfaite et sur place, le niveau de service était parfait. Le personnel est très professionnel , bienveillant et arrangeant. Vraiment je recommande à 200%.

Wonderful pool and room. Great location!

Wonderful one night stay at the end of my trip and I really wished I was staying longer to relax by the pool after a busy trip. They let me checkin early and I had a surprise they had upgraded me to a much bigger room. Rooms and Riad is stunning and the pool is lovely! The main staff on reception are really lovely and helpful. Breakfast was ok - there were lots of options but not as many for dairy free and the breakfast help wasn't quite the same as other venues. For others it would be very good. There was a man I noticed occasionally around the venue who didn't seem very friendly (not sure if it's the owner) but everyone else was lovely. Nice location with it being close to the top of the souks.

A great riad in the medina. Everything was good. The breakfasts were fantastic. The rooms spacious clean and air conditioned with stable wireless access. The pool and surrounds ideal for an afternoon relax. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Easy walk to all areas. Highly recommended.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Friendly staff who were so helpful. Excellent breakfast and we really loved the mint tea. Our room was super clean and beautifully designed. The only negative- the hotel could be more presentable from the outside- it feels like youre walking down a run down alleyway when you turn in off the road. Saying that, if we were to return to marrakech, we will definitely stay again.

Pleasant stay

It was on a busy little street which might be daunting to walk on for some. The staff are really sweet. Our room was plenty big. And felt lovely and clean. Pool was warm. The only con to the rooms, I’d say is that the tv didn’t work (despite several calls to have it repaired) and the cosmetics are low standard; you expect nicer oily shampoos / shower gel etc in a place like Marrakesh. A lot nicer. There is a man who seems to hover at breakfast time. Is it the owner? He doesn’t help the staff but rather lingers and it’s a bit odd really :)

An Oasis in the Medina

When we arrived we thought we had gone to the wrong place as the outside is very rough, but as soon as you walk through the door you are met with an oasis of calm. The hotel was lovely and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was fantastic with the exception of the bathroom which was awful and very dark. If it hadn’t been for the bathroom I would have given the hotel 5 stars.

En perfekt plass for varme dager i Marrakesh

Dette var familiens første besøk til Marokko. Vi valgte Riad Palais Blanc fordi andre gjester hadde beskrevet det som en rolig og fin plass til tross for at det lå sentralt med myldrende liv utenfor. Det viste seg å stemme, det var nydelig å kunne trekke seg tilbake på hotellet når vi enten trengte å få en pause fra varmen eller alle inntrykkene vi fikk når vi var rundt i Marrakesh. Daglig leder , Ahmed, sikret utmerket service, og øvrige personale var vennlige og hjelpsomme. Rommene og uteområdet sto til forventningen, og det var rent og ryddig overalt. Det var stort sett andre voksne par som bodde der mens vi var der, men også våre tenåringer trivdes godt på dette hotellet (blant annet grunnet god tilgang på WI-FI ;)). Vi ankom midt i en hetebølge, hvor gradestokken var oppe i 48 grader, så vi var også veldig takknemlige for svømmebassenget og at airconditionen fungerte utmerket. Hotellet lå i et vennligsinnet nabolag, med gode restauranter rett i nærheten og kort vei til det tradisjonelle soukområdet. Vi følte oss godt ivaretatt hele denne uken vi var i Marrakesh, og ser ikke i bort fra at vi vender tilbake hit senere.

Decent Stay in Marrakech

Decent hotel with a large pool and spacious rooms. Great service from Ahmed. Located a bit far out of the Medina on the outskirts. Not the greatest value. Overall, I enjoyed my stay, but would get a better deal and a better location elsewhere next time.

Una bella struttura con tutti i comfort. Non attendetevi gli standard euroopei, sotto alcuni aspetti sono lontani, tuttavia il personale fa di tutto per far star bene gli ospiti, per coccolarli. Ogni pomeriggio portavano in camera the alla menta e dolcini. Abbiamo chiesto di servirci la colazione alle 7 il giorno della partenza e ci hanno accontentati. Sono stati gentilissimi. Small and quiet. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable they couldn’t do enough for us. They surprised me with a birthday cake and sang, also booking a local restaurant and making sure they knew it was my birthday so the celebrations could continue

Would love to stay again

Stayed in Riad Palais Blanc for three nights. The hotel is stunning with a large pool area. It is quite shaded, but there is also a terraced if you would like more sun. Breakfast was perfect. Pastries, fruit, nuts, breads and traditional tagines too. Loads of options to suit my food allergies which was great. The staff were extremely helpful. The manager spoke perfect English and was great at offering recommendations of things to do in Marrakech. The location is ideal - close enough to everything without being too close to the hustle and bustle of the Medina.
